According to The Associated Press, a dog with an online degree from Concordia University in the VIrgin Islands has been called into an Ohio court to testify. It is not clear how the dog, named Rocko, got the online criminal justice degree, but he has the same degree from the same online school as the police chief of Fostoria, an Ohio city.
