The Doberman Pinscher as a breed is a dog that is square bodied, compactly built, muscular and powerful, having great endurance and speed. The Doberman Pinscher is elegant with proud carriage and reflects great nobility and incredible temperament. The Doberman is energetic, watchful, determined, fearless, loyal, and obedient. They are gentle with children and love their companionship; a superior family pet. They do need room to run and exercise daily. The one pictured is named “Shelby” and the family that owns her has four children ages 7, 5, 3, and
5 months.
