The loss of a beloved pet can trigger the same feelings as losing a human loved one. Preferred Care offers Pet Bereavement Support Group Sessions. The support group may help you understand your loss and how it affects you. Stories and feelings are shared, as well as photos of your pets to memorialize your pets. Check with your local Preferred Care Group regarding scheduled times and days for these sessions. These are considered to be part of their health education class offerings.
